In-House Control

Operators in the foodstuff industry must draw up and observe a written in-House Control plan and keep a record of its realisation. The operator must understand the health risks associated with the food and the processing of it within the company. Furthermore, the operator must have sufficient and correct information about the food being produced, refined and distributed. The health inspectors can provide advice about the in-House Control.
