Child welfare

Salo has three child welfare workers who mainly serve people living in Salo. If one of the child´s parents lives elsewhere, the child welfare workers provide assistance to the child welfare workers in other municipalities.

Child welfare workers help in the following matters:

Determining paternity
Child custody, residence and visitation agreements
Maintenance allowance agreements
Counselling family matters
Statements for a court of justice
Adoption counselling
