Labour Service Centre

The Labour Service Centre is intended for unemployed persons in the City of Salo who benefit from multidisciplinary support and who have been unemployed for an extended period or are at risk of extended unemployment. The client receives support for his/her work capacity and resources and for improving his/her readiness for the labour market. We work with the client to find and implement a tailored solution that is suitable for their life situation. Depending on the client, this may be employment, vocational training, rehabilitation, rehabilitative work activity or some other longer term option.

Clients are sent to the Labour Service Centre by means of a referral from the employment office or social services, or when invited by the service centre. The client can also contact the labour counsellors directly or ask a social worker about the matter.
