Rental housing

The City of Salo owns three rental housing companies, which have row houses and apartments in different parts of the city. These facilities are managed by Salonjokilaakso OP-Kiinteistökeskus, which is located at Turuntie 8, 24100, Salo.

You can apply for the above-mentioned apartments by sending an application and the required attachments to Salonjokilaakso OP-Kiinteistökeskus at Turuntie 8, 24100 Salo. The applications forms are available at the above-mentioned office or you can print one out from the link below.

The City of Salo directly owns several apartments located in different parts of the city. These apartments are managed by the city housing office, which is located at Kirkkokatu 5, 24100 Salo. You can print out an application form for these apartments from the link below or pick it up in Salo at Kirkkokatu 5, the city´s multi-service point, and the housing management office at Hornintie 2-4 in Halikko. Send your application to the places mentioned above.

All applications must include a certificate of monthly income and a tax certificate for the last complete tax year. You should justify your need for a home in your application. The application is valid for three months and you can extend the period of validity by phone or e-mail.
