In the children´s section you will find

Picture books, fairy tales, novels, books with facts, poems, joke books, comics, magazines, DVDs, videos, CD-ROMs, audio books, fairy tales on CDs and on cassettes, music CDs and cassettes, printed music and fairy tales on slides.

All of these you can borrow and take home - when you have a library card!

There is no age limit for a library card. If you are under 15, you should come with your parent or guardian to get the library card. We need to enter your parent´s or guardian´s personal data in our library register. Please, bring your KELA-card with you. If you come alone, we will give you a form which your parent or guardian can fill in and sign at home. When you bring the form back, you can have your library card.

Books, audiobooks, CDs with fairy tales, cassettes with fairy tales, music cassettes

Two weeks loan period

DVDs, videos, CD-ROMs, music CDs, magazines, new books in high demand

You can find Salo library´s books and other materials in a database on the Internet. The database is called Salomo. You need a PIN code for renewing your loans and making reservations. You get your PIN code from the library.
