Swimming beaches

We have seven EU swimming beaches with saunas open from the beginning of June until the end of August, with winter swimming available at the same locations. We also have 20 swimming locations.

1. Härjänvatsa Swimming Beach, tel. (02) 778 4773
The beach has dressing rooms, two piers, one of which has a diving platform, a kiosk and a sauna building. There is 50 metres between the piers. The beach is sandy but deepens quickly. Address: Silvantie 2, 25390 Kiikala.

2. Kokkila Swimming Beach, tel. (02) 778 4778
The beach at Halikko bay has a sauna, pier structures and a diving platform (1 m, 3 m, 5 m). The swimming area has a 100-m long sandy beach that is gently sloping and marked off, making it suitable for children. The area also has two beach volleyball courts, a covered fireplace and a kiosk. 3. Lehmijärvi, tel. (02) 778 4777
The swimming area has a sauna, two piers and a shallow sandy beach for children. The area also has two beach volleyball courts that are available for public use. Address: Lehmirannantie 121.

4. Märynummi Swimming Area, tel. (02) 778 4772
The swimming area has a sauna. The sandy beach encircling the entire swimming area is shallow and safe for children. The area also has a kiosk and two beach volleyball courts. Address: Hirvitie 92.

5. Naarjärvi Swimming Beach, tel. (02) 778 4775
The swimming area has a sauna and a sandy beach with a safe area marked off by piers for the smallest swimmers. The diving platform has 1 m, 3 m and 5 m levels... The covered grill beside the sauna building is available free of charge to swimmers. The beach also has a beach volleyball court, and a small kiosk. Address: Uimarannantie 245, Perniö.

6. Nummijärvi, tel. (02) 778 4774
A clear lake with a sandy beach as well as a kiosk, pier, dressing rooms and a WC located nearby.

7. Varvojärvi tel. (02) 778 4776
This sandy beach is about 30 m long and has a pier, a small children´s slide into the water and a covered grill that is available free of charge to swimmers.
There is also a beach volleyball court in the area. Address: Varvontie 487.
