Facility Services

The Facility Services department is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of facilities owned by the city and for contracting with regard to construction sites.

Facilities Director Harri Elomaa heads the Facilities department, which comprises the following units:

Housing Management, led by Housing Manager Kalevi Paarma.

Building Design, run by Building Design Manager Tommi Kaarto.

Property Maintenance and Building Construction, run by Facilities Manager Harri Elomaa.
This unit is further divided into the following areas:

North (Kuusjoki, Pertteli, Kiikala and Suomusjärvi):
