Property and Surveying

Property and Surveying Manager Ari Vainio is responsible for property and surveying services.

Property and surveying is further divided into four segments:

Building plot services covers plot presentation, reservations and leases, landed property administration, land ownership investigations, orders for map printouts and documents, and management of commercial and recreational forests.
Building Plot Services Engineer Mikko Aaltonen heads the unit.

Real estate formation services include plot division matters, real estate formation and registers in the city plan area of downtown Salo, private road matters, address matters, easement and other land-related contract issues and repossession matters.
Cadastral Surveyor Hanna Heikkilä is in charge of the unit.

Surveying services include measurements required for building permits, such as marking and checking location and height positions, building permit statements for property and surveying, civil engineering measurements, surveying and maintenance of the base map for the city plan, control point measurements, and city representation in cadastral surveys.
Surveying Manager Marko Laiho is in charge of the unit.

GI services include primary use and administration of the GIS system, digital map material, guide map, theme maps, map server, map permits, etc.
Geographic Information Engineer Hannu Kurppa is in charge of the unit.
