Public Works

The Public Works department is responsible for public works and parks in the city, and for the planning, construction and maintenance of other public areas. The department is also responsible for the city´ central warehouse and machine depot. Public Works grants excavation permits and leases road and other public areas in addition to managing the areas within the city´s road network.
